Used in combination with chia seeds to help promote regular and healthy bowel movements.
Promoting a regular bowel movement:
- Hydration
- Soak 1 Tbs chia seeds in ½ - 1 cup water for 10 minutes
- 1-2 whole unsulfured prunes per day
These prunes are organic, delicious, and unsulfured to ensure no digestive upset as common with low quality or sulfured products. When it comes to flavor - quality is key!!
